i have all my drivers with the best volvo truck 750 hp 6X4 config. best rims and best tiresthe runners. thought it made a difference, but i dunno. i would imagine that the engine HP makes a difference cuz if they have a job pulling a big trailer but only have a 450 HP truck then that will be an issue. dunno if the tires/rims make any difference.
Visit the Drivers tab. In the main hub, once you have started or loaded a season, either click or tab to the ‘Drivers’ area of the menu along the bottom menu bar. From there, select any of your three existing drivers. You must select a driver you would like to be replaced, as accepting a new driver’s contract via this method will switch
However, the appearance of higher rated drivers is dependent on new drivers being added to the game by SCS, because the ratings of a driver in the game are set based on the player driver's level at the time the driver is added to the pool and when you create an in-game profile _all_ existing drivers are added to the pool from the beginning.
