at first, my game wasnt smooth too. i was getting good framerates over 60 but with a lot of stutter. i've made cople of tweaks and now its perfectly smooth 60+ fps on ultra@2560x1080. first and most important - install 399.24 drivers. anything newer gives me stutter and low gpu usage. in nvidia control panel set max prerendered frames to 1.
