After manual reset via watch menu, watch got stuck in set up mode andwas even more useless. SOLUTION: Uninstall Galaxy wearable app and galaxy fit2 plug from your phone in via settings> apps > galaxy wearable and galaxy plug in . In Bluetooth settings, look up for your watch and unpair it. Restart you phone .

Let me share with you that the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is still not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it and your Versa 2.

I have not drawn any conclusion as to whether the fault is with the Fit E or the app. At the time of writing my Fit E is showing 6224 steps while the app (with Galaxy Fit selected) is only showing 6186 steps. The more steps I have done in a day the bigger the delta can be. From my observations I think the Fit E is quite accurate as I have from
2) Delete the Fitbit app from your phone. 3) Remove all data from your Versa by going to Settings app > About > Factory Reset–this removes all its data. 4) Charge your Versa to 100% connecting it to a power outlet (via USB adapter) and not a computer–allow 2-3 hours for this full charge, uninterrupted WYj6YBD.
