There isn't any resin that is safe. As noted by someone else there are some resins, such as plant-based resins, that contain fewer irritating chemicals that you could say are "safer", but in the end all resins should be treated as hazardous. Having adequate PPE is essential for any resin. Extra steps can be taken beyond PPE to help in various ways.

There is no truly 100% safe uncured 3D printed resin – the best alternative would be a dental resin. These cost several times regular ones yet can still provide harm for you and pets. For the price, you’re better off getting that fan, casing, buckets, duct, etc.

Resin fumes may or may not be so lethal for birds (AFAIK nobody tested this for certain; at least, I hope nobody tested it), but they probably won't do much good.
